Hanville Agri-Industrial Park
The Hanville Agri-Industrial Park is a new partnership created
out of the realization that by working together, local governments
can better meet the changing needs of industry in Manitoba.
The Town of Niverville together with the Rural Municipality of
Hanover have come together to join their synergies and resources
in developing 180 acres of land designated for industrial growth.
The Hanville Agri-Industrial Park will be designed to meet and exceed
the expectations of businesses and therefore we welcome you to consider
it for your business.
As mentioned the Industrial park consists of 180 acres of land
parceled into 2½ to 5 acre lots. These lots can further be
assembled to form larger parcels to meet the demands of any sized
business. Please refer to the proposed layout of the park.
The strategic location of the Industrial Park provides excellent
highway transportation access to all areas of the province. Major
routes located near-by includes the Trans Canada Highway and the
Mid-continental corridor (Highway 75 and I-29).
The Hanville Agri-Industrial Park is located just a 20 minute drive
south of the city of Winnipeg, a major urban center located near
the longitudinal center of Canada and is the capital of the province
of Manitoba. Winnipeg is often described as the Gateway to the West.
Known for its diverse transportation industry in highway, rail and
air transport, Winnipeg serves as the hub for all goods transported
to the east, west, north and south while providing all the amenities
of a major urban center.
Services to the Haniville Industrial Park include hydro, natural
gas, high speed high capacity broadband internet, courier services
etc.
